Master your mind
I've learned that to control your state of mind, you must master your breathing. If you do, you will be blissful, and nothing can mess with your tranquillity. So, how do you master your breathing? Most people recommend meditation, which is a great choice. But I have another recommendation that can blow your mind and give you instant results: Wim Hof breathing! It is a breathing technique designed to elevate your mood, get you in touch with your body and mind, and feel an almost psychedelic calmness. And the great thing is that unlike meditation, which takes years of practice to master, with Wim Hof breathing you can feel the effects instantly.
Though Wim Hof, the Ice Man, was not the first to come up with such breathing techniques, he nonetheless discovered it intuitively and popularised it.
